By booking or participating in the World Trip, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making your booking.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required booking amount or full payment.
  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from hotels, airlines, transportation providers, tour operators, and other service providers.
  • The traveler must provide accurate personal information, including name, passport details, date of birth, and contact information.
  • Any mistake in the information provided by the traveler may result in additional charges or cancellation of services.

2. Passport, Visa & Travel Documents

  • Travelers are responsible for having a valid passport and all required visas, permits, entry documents, and travel authorizations.
  • The passport should meet the validity requirements of all countries included in the itinerary.
  • Visa approval is the sole decision of the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.
  • The company does not guarantee visa approval unless specifically stated in writing.
  • Any loss resulting from visa refusal, incorrect documentation, or failure to meet immigration requirements will be the traveler’s responsibility.

3. Flights & Transportation

  • Flight schedules, routes, airlines, aircraft, and departure times are subject to change by the airline or relevant authorities.
  • The company is not responsible for delays, cancellations, missed connections, baggage delays, or schedule changes caused by airlines or other transportation providers.
  • Travelers must follow the baggage allowance and rules of the respective airline.
  • Any additional baggage charges will be paid by the traveler.

4. Accommodation

  • Hotels are subject to availability and may be substituted with properties of similar standard when necessary.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out times are determined by the respective property.
  • Room types are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Any additional charges for room upgrades, room service, minibar, meals, damages, or other hotel services are the traveler’s responsibility.

5. Meals & Tour Inclusions

  • Meals and activities will be provided only when specifically mentioned in the confirmed itinerary.
  • Optional tours, activities, excursions, shopping, personal expenses, and additional services are not included unless expressly stated.
  • Certain attractions may require advance reservations and may be subject to availability.

6. Travel Insurance

  • Comprehensive international travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be mandatory for certain destinations.
  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring that their insurance covers medical emergencies, trip cancellation, baggage loss, delays, and other relevant risks.
  • The company is not responsible for expenses that are not covered by the traveler’s insurance policy.

7. Health & Safety

  • Travelers are responsible for meeting the health, vaccination, medical, and entry requirements of each destination.
  • Travelers should inform the company of any relevant travel requirements that may affect their participation.
  • The company may require travelers to follow reasonable health and safety instructions during the trip.

8. Changes to the Itinerary

  • The itinerary may be modified due to weather, local conditions, transportation issues, government regulations, operational requirements, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond the company’s control.
  • Where reasonably possible, the company will provide alternative arrangements of a comparable nature.
  • Some attractions or activities may be unavailable due to circumstances beyond the company’s control.

9. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellation charges will depend on the date of cancellation and the terms imposed by airlines, hotels, visa providers, tour operators, and other suppliers.
  • Some bookings may be non-refundable or partially refundable.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after receiving the relevant amounts from service providers.
  • Visa fees, service fees, processing fees, and other non-refundable charges may not be refundable.

10. Traveler Cancellation or No-Show

  • No refund may be provided for services not used due to voluntary withdrawal, late arrival, early departure, or failure to appear at the scheduled departure point.
  • Any cancellation must be communicated through the official contact details provided by the company.

11. Force Majeure

The company shall not be liable for failure or delay in providing services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, epidemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, government restrictions, border closures, airline disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

12. Personal Belongings

  • Travelers are responsible for their passports, money, valuables, luggage, electronics, and personal belongings.
  • The company is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings unless caused by the company’s proven negligence.
  • Travelers should keep important documents and valuables secure at all times.

13. Traveler Conduct

  • Travelers must comply with local laws, regulations, customs, and instructions from tour representatives and service providers.
  • The company reserves the right to take appropriate action if a traveler behaves in a manner that threatens the safety, comfort, or well-being of other travelers or staff.
  • Any resulting costs, penalties, or losses may be charged to the traveler
